Recommendations
- Collections should implement the version extension to give indication when the collection is updated with significant changes. It is also helpful for the openEO backends that want to proxy the collections.
- It would be great to add free-text search extension to make the collection search extension really useful. Free-text extension is not supported by stac-fastapi-pgstac yet but now that v0.9.2 is released I think we are unblocked to add it.

CDSE STAC runs the latest pgSTAC v 0.9.2 and stac-fastapi-pgstac v 4.0.1 which support free-text search for the collection endpoint:
